Shipping to New Zealand
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. We recommend a business address for delivery. Shipping rate is a flat $15.00 NZD.
Your order will be delivered by the most appropriate service as nominated by ELK during the business week.
A tracking number will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information such as ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations, should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel re-direction may incur an additional fee which will be billed to you by the delivery service provider.
Tracking Your Online Order
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. This email will provide a tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your parcel.
