The Purchaser acknowledges that it is necessary to collect personal information in order to trade with ELK. Personal information collected will be kept safe, confidential and respected. ELK only uses personal information for the purposes which the purchaser gives it to ELK.

ELK will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third party, however, the information may need to be shared with others who may require it to complete the Purchaser’s order such as ELK’s transport and secure payment providers. This includes sharing information with the Purchaser’s nominated credit referees and third party credit reporting agencies who are all bound by privacy laws and regulations to ensure your data is protected.
