Wholesale Sales Manager

Based on some recent changes to our team, we are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our Preston based team.

Who are you?
Working closely with our Wholesale customers based primarily across Victoria and Queensland, you will maintain a keen eye on maximising sales opportunities within your region, all whilst ensuring ELK’s exceptional service standards and values are exemplified. We are not a typical sales driven business. Yes, this role and our team are ultimately responsible for achieving sales, however our point of difference is how.

Our must haves:
  • experience in a similar sales focussed role, ideally within the fashion industry
  • well versed knowledge of the local wholesale landscape 
  • a current unrestricted driver’s license and own, reliable vehicle
  • ability to conduct regular regional and overnight travel

Customer Service Supervisor

About The Role
We are looking for a talented Customer Service extraordinaire to supervise and coordinate the daily and weekly resourcing of our small customer service team responsible for servicing our Online customers. You’ll be a confident communicator, acting as the conduit between Customer Service and the business in addition to being comfortable operating as a Customer Service Consultant yourself where volumes require. Our ideal candidate will have a positive, proactive, solutions focussed mindset and be comfortable rolling their sleeves up and alternating between coordination of the team and getting their hands dirty.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the daily and weekly resourcing of a small team of Customer Service Consultants

  • Report and present at weekly meetings on behalf of the customer service team, detailing findings, planning and suggested actions to inform the greater team

  • Being the subject matter expert on Zendesk, actively looking for ways to improve the way we work or simplify processes

  • Maintain in depth knowledge of each of the Customer Service Consultant roles, supporting training, upskilling or stepping in where volumes or absences require

  • Be a brand advocate and provide exemplary customer service consistent with our brand philosophy to all our consumers

What We’ll Love About You
You have a love of putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring we continue to provide an exceptional, on brand consumer experience consistent with our ethical and sustainable mission. You have the ability to quickly pick up and adapt to working with new systems, yourself having a wealth of knowledge working in Zendesk, and the savvy to quickly pull and manipulate data to support effective decision making.

Who are you?

You are a perfect match with:
  • At least 1+ years experience Leading or Supervising a team in a similar capacity

  • At least 3+ years experience in a Customer Service role, working across both Online and Retail environments

  • At least 2+ years experience using Zendesk
