In a soft, organic cotton jersey featuring a classic white and beige stripe the Maika t-shirt is the perfect casual tee. With a crew neck, slight batwing sleeves and in a nice weight that can be worn on its own this will be a wardrobe staple for day to day wear.

Material

100% Organic Cotton

This fabric has a natural stretch with a slight structure, allowing the fabric to sit away from the body and provide shape and form to the garment. Cotton fabrics are cool, comfortable and breathable.

Certified organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility.

Cotton is a renewable and biodegradable fibre.

The organic cotton for this fabric was sourced from India and Turkey.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe, ethical and sustainable.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

Slightly relaxed upper body with small side splits in the hem. We recommend you choose your usual size checking the hem opening and length.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
