The Anneli Dress is a new linen style and makes for a considered addition to your wardrobe for year-round wear. The mid-length, cap sleeve design features a wide boat neck, cleverly-integrated and flattering gussets under the arms, an elastic waist seam for comfort and an inverted pleat detail on the front waist to give extra volume, while side pockets with a flap detail add a further degree of functionality. Made from breathable French linen, this dress can be worn in cooler months under a sweater, or with our Tande Platform sandals for an effortlessly stylish everyday outfit in warmer temperatures.

Material

100% French Linen

This garment has been crafted from 100% French Linen, a natural fibre from flax grown in the northern regions of France. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear.

Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.

Linen is a renewable and biodegradable fibre. 

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe, ethical and sustainable.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

This cap sleeve dress has modesty gussets under the arms and is mid-length with an A-line shape in the skirt. It is a regular fit. and the key fit points to check are across the bust and in the waist.
