The Lenkki Shirt Dress is a directional silhouette featuring an extended shoulder with a sleeve that just covers the top of the arm, an exposed button placket through to the hem with natural Corozo Nut Buttons, functional side pockets and a removable, matching fabric belt. This long length dress is a great option all year round made in a subtle, seersucker fabric which can be worn on its own or styled simply with an ankle boot and over a light sweater for an edgier option in the cooler months.

Material

66% Recycled Polyester 34% ECOVERO™ Viscose

This textured fabric is finished with a seersucker effect, adding a modern take to the classic gingham weave.

Recycled polyester is a low impact, circular fibre made from post-industrial and post-consumer waste like plastic bottles. We choose to use recycled rather than new as part of our commitment to reduce waste and create more sustainable products. 

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose fibres are derived from sustainable wood and pulp, coming from certified and controlled sources.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibres have been certified with the EU Ecolabel for textile products (license no. AT/016/001) as meeting high environmental standards throughout their life cycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution and disposal. The manufacturing of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic viscose. According to Higg MSI™ tools, CO2 emissions and fossil resource use are approximately half that of the industry average.

A special manufacturing system enables LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres to be identified in the final product, even after long textile processing and conversion steps through the value chain.

Viscose fibres are renewable and biodegradable.

This garment was made by Nobland International, a Korean based manufacturer with a core focus on innovation and sustainability. Our garments are made in their NBVO factory located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Nobland is committed to transparency and corporate social responsibility, with systems and processes in place to ensure safe and fair labour standards and a smaller environmental footprint. With women making up 80% of their workforce, they offer a range of benefits and training programs to support and empower their female employees. Their low emission green factory is energy and water efficient, utilising an eco-wash process that delivers water savings of 99.6%. 

Nobland Vietnam is part of the Better Work Vietnam program and has been awarded a High-Performance Factory status. They are ISO 140001 certified for their environmental management system and have completed the Sustainable Apparel Coalition HIGG Index factory module. 

Size and Fit

This shirt dress has a long length and fits straight through the body giving it a relaxed fit. Those who prefer a neater fit may choose to go down a size, although check the fit measurements around the hip, bust and in the length.
