The Kevyt Sweater is a classic, fine knitted style with a few subtle updates to make for a more contemporary look. Made using a blend of responsible fibres, this knit has a high, rounded neckline and a long sleeve. The key point of difference is the functional shoulder buttons on one side made from natural Corozo Nut and a slim fit through the body. As a neater style, consider wearing this sweater with a wide leg pant or A-line skirt to create a smart and flattering silhouette.

35% ECOVERO™ Viscose 35% TERRYL™ Bio-Based Nylon 30% Wool

This blended yarn has a smooth, lightweight finish, making the finished garment a perfect layering piece.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose fibres are derived from sustainable wood and pulp, coming from certified and controlled sources.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibres have been certified with the EU Ecolabel for textile products (license no. AT/016/001) as meeting high environmental standards throughout their life cycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution and disposal. The manufacturing of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres generates up to 50% lower emissions and water impact compared to generic viscose. According to Higg MSI™ tools, CO2 emissions and fossil resource use are approximately half that of the industry average.

A special manufacturing system enables LENZING™ ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibres to be identified in the final product, even after long textile processing and conversion steps through the value chain.

TERRYL™ Nylon is a bio-based nylon, made from renewable sources and is biodegradable. This makes it a great alternative to conventional nylon.

The wool used in this blend is responsibly farmed and verified non-mulesed.

Maker

These knits were made by Hop Hing Woollen Sweaters Factory who we have been working with since 2007. They are a family-owned business established by the late Mr Tsui Senior in 1962. Now owned and managed by his son Jeff, they have their head office, development team and sampling in Hong Kong and their main manufacturing in Dongguan, China.

We have a great, long-term working relationship with them. We are actively working to source more sustainable yarns with them through Novetex and UPW.

The factory is a member of Sedex and undergoes regular social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

This sweater is a classic, slim fit knitted style. The key fit points to check are across the bust and shoulder and also around the hem for best fit across the hips.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
