Crafted from a heavier weight French linen, the flattering silhouette drapes comfortably across many different body types. The design finishes just on the ankle and has a flat front with inverted central pleat, as well as functional side pockets. For a relaxed suiting look, pair with the matching Dahme Linen Jacket, or for an edgy, everyday look consider styling with a neutral T-shirt and finish with a pair of sneakers.

Material

100% French Linen

This garment has been made from 100% French Linen; natural fibre from flax grown in the light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear. Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe, ethical and sustainable. We visit Jimmy at least twice a year and he visits our team in Melbourne annually. 

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits. 

Size and Fit

These pants have a great, wide-leg fit with a neater fitting waist featuring a flat front and elastic at the back for comfort, while the cuffless legs allow for easy alteration if required. The side fastens with a neat, hidden zip. We recommend taking your usual size understanding that they are a easy fitting design.
