The Strio Jacket personifies relaxed structure with a statement high collar and asymmetric lapel closure. Crafted from a blend of linen and cotton the unique two-toned twill weave makes a statement in vibrant magenta. The wide cuffs and welt side pockets complete this contemporary suiting look.

Material

55% Linen 45% Organic Cotton

This soft twill fabric is woven using two different colours to create a contrast effect. The finished fabric has a warm handfeel, perfect for winter.

Linen is a natural fibre grown from the flax plant. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear.

Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton. Cotton fabrics are cool, comfortable and breathable to wear.

Certified organic cotton is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or hazardous pesticides, which protects biodiversity and waterways and builds and maintains soil fertility.

Linen and cotton are renewable and biodegradable fibres.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.

Size and Fit

The Strio Jacket is slightly cropped, with a relaxed fit through the body and sleeve. The key fit points to check are the bust, hem and length of the jacket.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
